Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday before 4pm. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on the Monday, or the Tuesday if it was a bank holiday weekend. Delivery will normally take 2-5 working days. 

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat Rate of €6 in ROI

Returns

We really hope you love the product you purchased from Bee & Tom.  If you are not happy with the product please notify us if you'd like to return an item within 14 days of your purchase. If over 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Items should arrive within 14 days of us being notified of the return.

Please email hello@beeandtom.com to let us know which items you would like to return.

Pack any unwanted items, along with the original proof of purchase document and any returns information in the original packaging/secure postal box or bag.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
